I have been a writer my entire life. As a child, I spent much of my time writing stories and pouring myself into journals. Throughout my education, it became clear that these were skills I could use to advance my future career. I worked in the not-for-profit and government sector as a Communications Coordinator before taking six years off from my career to be a stay at home parent.

During this time, I decided to return to school to get professional training in Interior Design - my other lifelong passion. While enrolled in the program, I was offered a job as a Marketing Coordinator with an Award Winning Interior Design firm.

The obvious growth I saw when we put the time and effort into marketing the business was exciting and reassuring. The compliments on the business blog, website, email marketing and templates were rolling in. Our team rapidly grew to account for the increase in business. Three years later, with the business booming, I realized that I could share these same skills to help many more interior designers grow their businesses, while creating a better work-life balance for my family. Casa Creative was born!
